How can I contact you?

You can contact us via email info@mylevitera.com or you can chat to our manager in the chat form in the right angle of your browser. We work every day from 10AM till 8PM Moscow time. 

How can I pay my order?

You can pay the order after you filled out your shipping address and clicked Checkout. You will proceed to secured page of payment services Robokassa or Yandex where you can pay with your credit card. After your payment is completed you will receive email with payment confirmation and payment details.

How do you ship orders?

We provide delivery via EMS. In 1-2 days after we received your orders we'll pack it and ship. Secure package provides our products from damage. As soon as the order is shipped you will receive notification with tracking number, so you can check the delivery status on EMS-website http://www.ems.post/tracking any time. Depends on destination country the delivery will take 7 to 14 days.

Can I use your products in my country?

Our products are provided with a low voltage global compatible AC/DC adapter that works with your specific power outlet.

What happens in case of power shortage?

In case of a power shortage, your Leplant or Lesvet will fall back to the base. Simply reset them once power is restored.

Do I need to change the lightbulb of LITE?

LITE has just a shape of lightbulb, but inside is electronics and energy efficient LEDs with lifetime of 50.000 hours. So you don't need to change anything. 

Which plants can I use for my Levitating pot?

Leplant is the universal levitating planter. You can use your favorite plant with diameter of its pot of 8-9 cm. We highly recommend bonsai, chamedorea, asparagus, succulents and of course air plants for our planter.

What is your return policy?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
